But, if you need to return, exchange, or repair the product for any reason, you can do so within 30 days for all product purchases and 20 days on everything else.
We do NOT accept returns of special order items or customized pieces. The guidelines are specified below.
If you are unable to go to a store, you can ship your purchase to us. Please note that you are responsible for any shipping charges you incur to do this.
As we increase the number of items offered on our site, the chance increases that an item may be shown with an incorrect price. We work hard to avoid these errors, but they can happen.
If we make a mistake on an item you want to purchase, we will attempt to honor that price if at all possible. Unfortunately, there may be times when we cannot honor a wrong price; therefore, we reserve the right to correct the price or cancel the order.
